The first library on the sea of the North China Sea Branch of the State Oceanic Administration was established on Aug. 9, 2017. It is reported that the related department of the North District in Qingdao provided assistance to build this library. It offers 3000 books for more than 50 crew members on this ship. Next, the North China Sea Branch will collaborate with the related department of the North District in Qingdao to build more libraries on scientific research ships, such as "Xiang Yang Hong 07", "Xiang Yang Hong 08", "Chinese Archaeology 01".
At the end of August, 2017, the scientific research ship "Xiang Yang Hong 06" will sail to the middle Pacific Ocean to complete the scientific investigation mission of "China Ocean 47th Voyage". The estimated time of return is at the end of this November. It will be the third time of "Xiang Yang Hong 06" to carry out a big scientific research task since the second upgrade of this ship.[ Editor: Zhang Zhou ]
