S.Korean hiker's body found in New Zealand's national park

WELLINGTON, July 8 (Xinhua) -- A 24-year-old South Korea man was found dead on Sunday afternoon after he was separated from his companions in the Arthur's Pass National Park in New Zealand's South Island, according to police.

The initial police investigation shows he might have fallen to his death "down a steep bluff."

The visitor to New Zealand was reported missing on Saturday and a search and rescue operation was launched on Sunday.
