Passenger flights resume operation from Beijing to Hubei

BEIJING, May 24 (Guangming Online) – Passenger flights resumed operation from Beijing, capital of China, to central China’s Hubei Province on Sunday.
Shenzhen Airlines flight ZH9151 departed from Beijing Capital International Airport at 6:36 for Xiangyang, central China’s Hubei Province. It is the first passenger flight from Beijing to Hubei Province since the COVID-19 outbreak.
Shenzhen Airlines will operate Beijing-Xiangyang flight every Sunday from May 24 to October 24.
Various prevention and control measures will be taken to ensure the flight safety.
Passengers need to wear masks when entering and leaving terminals, as well as boarding flights. Before boarding, they need to complete body temperature checks and personal information registration. They also need to provide a green health code, or a health certificate issued by disease control department at or above county level.
Flight crew will wear personal protective equipment throughout the flight, and will clean the bathroom every hour. Disinfection will be carried out on cabin, elevators, lounge bridge, and other areas after the flight service is complete.
