The stone shadow carving is a traditional craftsmanship that creates black or gray images on stones by chiseling dots on granites. Fang makes innovation on the basis of traditional craftsmanship to the artworks by combing photographic optical effects with dotting skills. The stone shadow carving has been inscribed in Hebei provincial intangible cultural heritage list in 2013.
