Changhai, NE China's Liaoning: Modern marine ranch becomes "blue granary"

In recent years, Changhai County, Dalian City, northeast China's Liaoning Province, has actively promoted the transformation of fishery from "hunting" to "farming and grazing", developing modern marine pasture and building a high-level "blue granary" in the new era.
