Farmers harvesting oyster mushrooms in central China's Hubei Province

On August 28, 2020, villagers were harvesting oyster mushrooms in Qinglongquan Community, Yunyang District, Shiyan City, central China's Hubei Province. In order to consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation, the district invested to construct 49,000 mushroom sheds of various types, 85 supporting frozen warehouses, generating an industry with an annual output value of more than 400 million yuan, which helped to increase the average household income of more than 10,000 villagers by more than 20,000 yuan.
