Dollar changes hands around 104.29 yen level in early trade in Tokyo

TOKYO, Dec. 1 (Xinhua) -- The U.S. dollar changes hands around the 104.29 yen level in early deals in Tokyo on Tuesday.

As markets opened here, the dollar was quoted at 104.29-30 yen compared with 104.29-39 yen in New York and 104.02-04 yen at 5 p.m. on Monday in Tokyo.

The euro, meanwhile, fetched 1.1937-1938 dollars and 124.49-53 yen against 1.1918-1928 dollars and 124.41-51 yen in New York and 1.1973-1974 dollars and 124.55-59 yen in late Monday afternoon trade in Tokyo.
