2021 Spring Festival travel rush officially kicks off in China

This year, the 40-day long Spring Festival travel rush officially kicked off on Jan. 28, 2021. According to China's Ministry of Transport, the country will send about 1.152 billion passengers during the Spring Festival travel season in 2021. Pandemic prevention and control is the top priority in this year's Spring Festival transport work. In response, the relevant department adjusted the refund policy, adopted various "non-contact" technologies, and strengthened the protection of front-line staff members.
