Scenery of Longyang Gorge Reservoir Area in NW China's Qinghai Province

The Yellow River is the mother river of the Chinese nation, and the Yellow River culture rooted in the Yellow River Basin is the most representative culture of the Chinese civilization. The Longyang Gorge, located in Gonghe County, Hainan Prefecture, northwest China's Qinghai Province, is well-known for its large hydropower station, which is 1,684 kilometers from the source of the Yellow River and 3376 kilometers from the mouth of the Yellow River. It is the first gorge where the Yellow River enters the Yellow River Grand Canyon after passing through the Qinghai Grassland.
