BEIJING, Oct. 30 (Xinhua) -- Chinese President Xi Jinping on Saturday said it requires persisting efforts of all countries to build a community with a shared future for humanity.
Xi made the remarks while addressing the 16th G20 Leaders' Summit via video link.
"Although the journey ahead may be long and arduous, with sustained actions, we will eventually reach our destination and embrace a brighter future," Xi said, calling for joint efforts to dispel "the dark clouds" of the pandemic at an early date and jointly build a better future for all.
