Photo taken on Nov. 16, 2021 shows people cultivating kelp seedlings at the Dongchu Island Kelp Breeding Area in Shidao Bay, Rongcheng City, east China's Shandong Province. Rongcheng City is the main kelp breeding area in China. Every year from November to December, during the "transplanting" season of kelp, people are busy arranging kelp shelves for new seedlings.
