Restoration work of the Ancient City of Pingyao steadily underway

Photo taken on July 26, 2022 shows workers performing street paving construction in Pingyao County of north China’s Shanxi Province. Due to the heavy rain from last October, many inner walls of the ancient city collapsed, many rammed earth slipped, and there is some streets experienced poor drainage.
