China in a Decade: Agriculture Growth and Rural Revitalization

Since the 18th CPC National Congress, under the strong leadership of Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core, the CPC has focused primarily on issues related to agriculture, rural areas and villagers, prioritized their collective development, and grasped firmly the issue of food production, actively advanced the supply side structural reform for agriculture, and has implemented the rural revitalization strategy. China’s agriculture has maintained steady growth, with sufficient supply of major agricultural products, improved infrastructure, better rural dynamics, and an improved living environment – agriculture has played the role of stabilizer for the healthy socio-economic development of the country.
