Hong Kong's Hang Seng Tech Index closes 3.65 pct lower

HONG KONG, Feb. 6 (Xinhua) -- Hong Kong's Hang Seng Tech Index, which represents the 30 largest technology companies listed in Hong Kong, lost 3.65 percent to close at 4,464.82 points Monday.

The index once dived over 4 percent during Monday's trading after opening lower at 4,515.83 points, down from 4,634.19 points at the close of Friday trading.

The broader Hang Seng Index closed 2.02 percent lower at 21,222.16 points.

The Hang Seng China Enterprises Index, a benchmark that reflects the overall performance of the Chinese mainland securities listed in Hong Kong, lost 2.68 percent to end at 7,189.37 points.
