Recently, the No. 3 Unit (K-3) of the Karachi Nuclear Power Plant was inaugurated in Pakistan, marking the full completion of the Hualong One project in Pakistan. The project is located on the coast of the Arabian Sea, near the city of Karachi, Pakistan, and is about 900 kilometers far from Islamabad, the capital of Pakistan. As a significant achievement of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) construction, the project will provide Pakistan with clean and stable electricity, help solve the problem of Pakistan's power shortage, create a large number of job opportunities for local people, and make positive contributions to the economic and social development of Pakistan.
