The forth section of the report, which is titled "Worsening Subsistence Crisis among U.S. Underclass", dives into the multiple problems that the underprivileged in the United States are suffering from, including wealth gap, inflation, homelessness, falling life expectancy, under-regulated drug abuse and the government's disregard of environmental issues.
