On April 2, the first Belt and Road Economic Cooperation Phnom Penh Forum and the launching ceremony of Thousands of Chinese Enterprises Entering Cambodia were held in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. In a video message, Men Sam An, Deputy Prime Minister of the Royal Government of Cambodia, warmly congratulated the event, highly praised the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) and welcomed more Chinese enterprises to invest and develop in Cambodia. Deputy Prime Minister Yim Chhaily attended the forum and said that the BRI has brought many real development benefits to the people of the Kingdom of Cambodia, and the Cambodian government welcomes Chinese entrepreneurs to invest in Cambodia. The government will further improve the business environment, provide good services to Chinese entrepreneurs and ensure the safety of their investment assets in Cambodia.
