Its soup is prepared with seasonings such as snail, aniseed, star anise, cinnamon, cloves and chili pepper. In 2021, Liuzhou snail noodles were listed as a national intangible cultural heritage.
The main ingredients of Liuzhou snail noodles, such as rice noodles, snail soup and sour bamboo shoots, are made in a traditional way that reflects the unique local food culture.
