Tangshan, Hebei province, kicked off a tourism activity for night travelers on Hetou Old Street on Sunday called the "Hebei Night Tour in Golden Autumn" event. It is hosted by the Hebei Department of Culture and Tourism and the People's Government of Tangshan.
Travelers can enjoy a special kind of night beauty while exploring Hebei during the upcoming Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holidays, which will last eight days starting on Friday.
The street was lit up by thousands of lanterns, and a vivid night scene unfolded slowly.
The event is one of the activities that will be held during the province's ongoing seventh tourism industry development conference.
