The China-Pakistan Economic Corridor continues to advance high-quality development, with agricultural cooperation being an important component. The China-Pakistan Wheat Molecular Breeding International Joint Laboratory, established by the Crop Science Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, the University of Arid Agriculture in Pakistan, the National Agricultural Research Center in Pakistan, and the International Maize and Wheat Improvement Center, is an important pilot project for the high-quality development of the Belt and Road Initiative.
