China's new energy industry helping global carbon emissions reduction

An International Energy Agency report pointed out that in 2023, a total of 510 gigawatts of renewable energy capacity was newly installed around the world and China contributed over 50 percent of it.

China's wind power and photovoltaic products have been exported to more than 200 countries and regions around the world, helping many of them obtain clean, reliable and affordable energy.
