As the Mid-Autumn Festival approaches, unique mooncakes in the style of ancient architecture have recently become a new favorite among tourists and residents in Taiyuan, Shanxi province.

The cultural and creative mooncakes cover many Taiyuan cultural landmarks, such as the Jinci Temple, the ancient county seat of Taiyuan, Mount Taishan, and the Twin Pagoda Temple.
