Foreign journalists applaud 2024 FOCAC's vision for strengthening Africa-China cooperation

Following Chinese President Xi Jinping's keynote speech, numerous foreign journalists voiced their acknowledgement for the 2024 FOCAC's comprehensive vision for advancing Africa-China relations. The keynote speech, which covered a broad range of areas including health, economy, social life, sports and arts, resonated strongly with the attendees.

Mario Pascal, a journalist from Radio Republik Indonesia Medan, noted China’s focus on "building common prosperity." Prof. Anna Malindog-Uy, a columnist for The Manila Times, highlighted the ten-point agenda aimed at strengthening Africa-China relations, particularly in economic development. She emphasized the importance of China's support in sectors like green energy, green technology, and agriculture.

These remarks reflect growing optimism about future cooperation between China and African countries, with key areas of development expected to see significant progress in the coming years.
