HONG KONG, March 28 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.5 jolted Vanuatu Islands at 01:20 GMT on Friday, the GFZ German Research Centre for Geosciences said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 10.0 km, was initially determined to be at 19.15 degrees south latitude and 168.57 degrees east longitude. ■
