The Juvenile and Family Tribunal of Xicheng Primary People's Court has focused on resolving family disputes, safeguarding the lawful rights of women, children, and the elderly, and advancing community-level social governance. In cases involving juveniles and family affairs, the personal safety protection mechanism has been continuously improved. Efforts are made to ensure more children’s voices are heard and their needs are addressed. Additionally, a "Family Affection Visitation Base" has been innovatively established. Through collaborative partnerships with the Women’s Federation and social organizations, the court has developed multi-stakeholder coordination models that significantly improve efficiency and effectiveness in family proceedings.
