Beijing Women and Children Development Demonstration Base: Shunyi District Women and Children's Social Service Center

The Shunyi District Women and Children's Social Service Center provides services for the entire district, including complaint reception and handling, mediation of marriage and family disputes, legal assistance, rule of law publicity, and psychological counseling to support the comprehensive development of women, children, and families in the region. At the end of 2024, a delegation led by UN Under-Secretary-General and UN Women Executive Director Sima Bahous visited the center to learn about how women and children access legal education, legal support, care and assistance, psychological counseling, and other services here.
