SHANGHAI, Nov. 6 (Guangming Online) — In an interview at the 8th China International Import Expo, Jason Te Brake, Chief Executive Officer of New Zealand-based fruit giant Zespri, praised China's 15th Five-Year Plan, describing it as “very positive” with a clear focus on technological innovation and the advancement of new technologies. He emphasized that as a global hub of innovation, creativity, and fresh ideas, China—driven by the plan's push for technological breakthroughs and supply chain development—will play an increasingly important role in promoting green transformation and sustainable growth worldwide. These initiatives, he noted, will help build more efficient, low-carbon global supply chains, adding that he firmly believes China is well-positioned to emerge as a global leader in this field.
