SHANGHAI, Nov. 9 (Guangming Online) — In an interview at the 8th China International Import Expo (CIIE), Roy Van Den Hurk, CEO of Milk New Zealand Dairy Limited, which owns the Theland brand, has lauded the CIIE as a uniquely positioned event worldwide. He noted that the CIIE stands out as the only expo he knows of that is purely designed for foreign companies and countries to demonstrate their goods to the Chinese market, describing it as a huge opportunity for global businesses.
Van Den Hurk emphasized that China adheres to a very open policy and is actively striving to engage in trade with the rest of the world. He stated that Theland, along with most New Zealanders, are fundamental believers that trade is the driving force behind the world’s progress, and that everyone stands to benefit from increased trade activities.
