Founded in 1919, Shanxi Museum in north China's Shanxi Province is home to more than 500,000 artifacts. Its extensive collection features items unearthed through archaeological excavations since the 1920s, as well as treasures gathered over the past century, including bronzeware, porcelain, stone carvings, Buddhist statues, murals, calligraphy, and paintings.
