On June 30, 45 young people from 25 countries gathered in Beijing for a journey of cultural exploration. As “Junior Cultural Ambassadors” of the China Soong Ching Ling Foundation, they visited the Grand Canal Museum, where they explored the history and transformation of the Grand Canal regions; the Temple of Heaven, where they appreciated the beauty of Chinese culture and architecture; and the China Soong Ching Ling Science and Culture Centre for Young People, where they made dumplings and zongzi together, both iconic foods of Chinese festive traditions.
Throughout the journey, the junior cultural ambassadors engaged in cross-cultural dialogue, using culture as a bridge to foster friendship and mutual understanding between China and the world. (Reporters: Zhong Leilei, Zhou Yuhan | Editing: Dong Tengfei)
