A grain register that chronicles the Xiongnu Rizhu King's surrender to the Han Dynasty

This is a grain register sent from Guangzhi County to Xuanquanzhi Relay Station in the 11th month of the 2nd year of the Shenjue reign (December 60 BC).

It records in detail the food supplied when the Xuanquan stable assistants escorted and received the Rizhu King as he passed through Guangzhi. Behind what appears to be a routine record of meals, lay a historic transformation that shook the Western Regions.
