A century-old sunken ship in Portugal has been found carrying Chinese Ming dynasty porcelain
A century-old sunken ship has been found off the coast of cascais, Portugal. CNN reported Wednesday that the ship was believed to have sunk between 1575 and 1625. Divers found pepper and other spices on board, seashells used as currency in parts of Africa at the time, and porcelain from the wanli period of the Ming dynasty (1573-1619).
