2019 South-South Cooperation to Boost Action for Climate

12 September, Beijing--South-South Cooperation (SSC) calls for developing countries to share knowledge, skills, expertise and resources in order to meet their development goals through concerted efforts. SSC promotes technological and economical collaborations and exchanges in terms of infrastructure, energy, environment, small and medium enterprises, human development, as well as health education.

This year, United Nations System in China hosts commemoration on UN Day for South-South Cooperation to mark the first UN Conference in Argentina in 1978 which adopted the Buenos Aires Plan of Action for promoting and implementing technical cooperation among developing countries (BAPA).
