Women help with farming during busy farming season in E China's Jiangxi Province

On August 6, 2020, Changtian Village, Huichang County, Ganzhou City, east China's Jiangxi Province, some "hourly workers" were driving the tractors to plow the rice fields for the rice planting cooperative base. When demand for employment increased in busy farming season, many local women become "hourly workers" to help with farming, thus alleviating the seasonal shortage of rural labor force and broadening employment channels.
