Fishermen making sweet sun-dried fish in east China's Shandong
Photo taken on Oct. 25, 2020 shows that fishermen were drying fish in Laoshan District, Qingdao City, east China's Shandong Province. Eels and redheads have been washed and cut before naturally dried into delicious "sweet sun-dried fish", moderately salty and has a strong taste. It is a special delicacy passed down by Shandong fishermen from generation to generation. (Huang Jiexian/Guangming Picture)
