Photo taken on July 10, 2021 shows workers checking the soy sauce and vinegar dried at the Paomuwan Soy Sauce and Vinegar Base in Yumo Town, Jinsha County, Bijie City, southwest China's Guizhou Province. Since the beginning of this year, Yumo Town has integrated the sauce and vinegar industry with tourism, and turned the Paomuwan Soy Sauce and Vinegar Base into a national 3A-level scenic spot, effectively broadening the ways for local people to increase income. This vinegar brewing technique is listed as the provincial intangible cultural heritage of Guizhou Province in 2019. (Han Xianpu/Guangming Picture)
