Innovating in China and exporting out to rest of world: CEO of Royal Philips

SHANGHAI, Nov. 7 (Guangming Online) -- "We see the Chinese market as an import market, but also we manufacture and innovate in China for the rest of the world, " said Roy Jakobs, CEO of Royal Philips, in an interview with Guangming Online at a gala held before the opening ceremony of the seventh China International Import Expo (CIIE) and the Hongqiao International Economic Forum at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai) in east China's Shanghai, Nov. 5, 2024. He said that China is a very important market for Royal Philips where it can not only support the health ecosystem but export out to the rest of the world.
