Simon Lichtenberg, National Founding Chairman of the Danish Chamber of Commerce China (DCCC), hailed the trade relations between China and Denmark in an interview with Guangming Online on November 6, 2024, during the 7th China International Import Expo (CIIE) in Shanghai.
Lichtenberg highlighted that the trade between the two countries is extensive and works well in various sectors. He noted that the CIIE serves as a crucial platform for Danish products entering China, providing numerous opportunities for Danish companies to explore new and growing markets.
He also identified green transition and pharmaceuticals as key areas that drive bilateral trade as well as fostering mutual growth in the future.
