During the cold winter months, respiratory diseases are common in many regions. In response, many Chinese residents take advantage of the coldest period of the year to engage in "winter treatment" and strengthen their health through seasonal preventive practices. Time-honored traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) therapies, such as the Sanjiu Patch, Dumai Acupuncture, cupping therapy, and TCM teas, are enjoying a resurgence. This winter, TCM is playing a vital role in safeguarding the health of individuals across the country.
