IPRCC meets delegation of World Bank Central Asia Country Management Unit in Beijing

At the invitation of the World Bank Beijing Office, Mr. Liu Junwen, Director General of the International Poverty Reduction Centre in China, had a thematic discussion in Beijing on the afternoon of September 6 with the delegation of World Bank Central Asia Country Management Unit led by Ms. Tatiana A. Proskuryakova, Country Director for Central Asia. Mr. Liu Junwen systematically introduced the achievements and experiences of China in poverty reduction and rural development, as well as the poverty reduction cooperation between China and Central Asian countries. Ms. Mara K. Warwick, Country Director for China, Mongolia, and Korea Country, participated in the event. Mr. Alejandro Alcala Gerez, Acting Country Director for China, presided over the discussion.
