The final competition of the 2nd International Collegiate Competition for Brain-Inspired Computing was successfully held in Tsinghua University

At the opening ceremony, Academician Xue Qikun, Vice President of Tsinghua University, gave the opening speech. On behalf of the organizers, President Xue introduced the background and motivations of the competition. He also expressed the wishes to the participants in this competition.
