The construction of Shannan Railway Station to enter homestretch in Tibet

Photo taken on Nov.30 shows the station building and the square of Shannan Railway Station under final construction in Tibet Autonomous Region. As the biggest railway station in the city, the construction of Shannan Station has entered the homestretch. The roof was fully constructed and is now undergoing decoration. As the track-laying and the power supply have been mainly completed, the construction of the platform, the station square and the underground area are gearing up. The station is expected to be completed by the end of April, 2021 and to be put into operation in early July of the same year. (Song Weixing/Guangming Picture)
